In public places Entfestigung		1 This building is one of a series of vacant and neglected buildings in the city. In relation to the surrounding structures of the market place, this building was remarkable due to its cubist form. Compared to the other renovated façades it was also a blot in the minds of the inhabitants.
	2 Vaulted forms are bulging out of all the windows. The material is reminiscent of quilts, and the colour invokes political contexts and behaviours. I turned the building into an object that relates to the public space, to the way people live in the city, and to the emptiness of buildings.
